Job description

Sales Manager – South Richmond, VALead the Next Chapter of Growth

Redline Powersports Group is one of the fastest-growing powersports dealership groups in the Southeast, expanding to five locations in less than five years through disciplined execution and an uncompromising focus on the customer experience.

We're looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our South Richmond, Virginia dealership. This is an opportunity for a proven leader who thrives on accountability, builds high-performing teams, and is passionate about driving results.

We don't just sell motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, personal watercraft, and Slingshots—we deliver a lifestyle built around adventure, freedom, and unforgettable experiences.

What You'll Do

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading every aspect of the sales department, including:

  • Coaching, developing, and holding the sales team accountable to performance expectations.

  • Driving showroom traffic into sold units through proven sales processes.

  • Working deals, desking transactions, and maximizing profitability while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.

  • Partnering with Finance & Insurance to ensure smooth deal flow and strong product penetration.

  • Monitoring inventory, aging, pricing, and merchandising to maximize inventory turns.

  • Utilizing CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-up and lead management.

  • Recruiting, hiring, and developing top sales talent.

  • Leading from the showroom floor—not from behind a desk.

 Why Redline Powersports?
  • Represent the industry's leading brands including Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris, Slingshot, Suzuki, and Yamaha.

  • Work from our impressive 45,000-square-foot, two-story flagship facility, designed to provide an exceptional experience for both customers and employees.

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped performance incentives.

  • Join a rapidly growing organization with significant advancement opportunities.

  • Employee discounts on units, parts, accessories, apparel, and service.

  • Be part of a leadership team committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

 What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 3 years of dealership management experience in powersports, automotive, RV, marine, or a similar retail industry.

  • Proven history of leading a high-performing sales team with measurable results.

  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, including:

    • Sales process

    • Deal structuring and desking

    • F&I workflow

    • CRM management

    • Inventory management

  • A hands-on leadership style with exceptional communication and coaching abilities.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.

  • Stable employment history with excellent, verifiable references.

  • Ability to successfully pass background and pre-employment screening.

 Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.

  • 401(k) with company match.

  • Paid Time Off and paid holidays.

  • Employee discounts on units, parts, accessories, apparel, and service.

  • Long-term career advancement opportunities throughout the Redline Powersports Group.

If you're ready to lead a championship team and build something exceptional, we'd love to hear from you.
