Description
Job Purpose
- Provide professional care to customers and patients at any XstremeMD site. Assist the onsite paramedic/nurse or midlevel practitioner with patient care.
- Willingness to undergo training to provide occupational testing.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drug/ETOH Screens
- Provide UDS/Hair collections
- Provide BAT Collections
- Provide other drug and alcohol collections required by customers
- Be familiar with and conduct Respiratory Fit Testing
- Be familiar with and conduct Pulmonary Function Testing
- Be familiar with and conduct Audiometry Testing
- Be familiar with and conduct Point of Care Testing
- Patient Registrations in Electronic Medical Record
- Taking medical history and input into Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Assist with patient care during encounters
- Maintain all necessary certifications required for employment
- Maintain and distribute all necessary paperwork for customers for occupational testing and patient care
- Maintain effective communication with entire XMD staff in order to maintain safe and effective operations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary clinic
- Assist onsite paramedic/nurse or midlevel practitioner with daily cleaning of clinic area and employee common area (kitchen, bathroom, etc...)
- Organize and file CCF's
- Inventory occupational supplies once per month to ensure that equipment is in good working order and stocked
- Answer customer phone calls
- Occasional onsite/field testing
- Treat all coworkers, clients and patients with fairness, respect and professionalism

Qualifications
- Maintain all other certifications required by XstremeMD
Working Conditions
- May be requested to work overtime, additional shifts, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work overtime as requested
- May require extensive travel
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, bending, stooping, kneeling and crouching
- Ability to tolerate outdoor and shop conditions during all seasons
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
