We are seeking a talented and experienced Contract CT/X-ray Technician to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Contract CT/X-ray Technician to support our esteemed hospital in Iowa City, Iowa. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CT and X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for our patients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures according to established protocols and physician orders.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process, providing appropriate care and assistance as needed.
  • Position patients correctly and accurately to obtain optimal images, following radiation safety guidelines and best practices.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review images, identify abnormalities, and assist in patient diagnosis.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, imaging files, and equipment logs in compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
