Hands on experience in trouble shooting Windows XP and Windows 7 environment. (Technical Certification required)

Hands on experience in trouble shooting Microsoft products like MS office,Excel,Power Point and Access 

Knowledge on SCCM , Active Directory 

Hands on experience on any Laptop encryption product 

Hands on experience on Installing ,configuring and troubleshooting Lotus Notes 8.5.3

Windows 7 Troubleshooting

Dell ESeries Laptop and Optiplex Desktop hardware Installation and troubleshooting

Asset tracking/maintenance

Experiences in Active Directory

MS Office product troubleshooting
