As a Mission Database Administrator supporting the customer you will be responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and administering databases, including security, access, and documentation.  In this role, a typical day will include:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

    working with a team of software developers to specify, design, develop, test and deploy the final system.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

    communicating with team leads and senior leadership with the ability to adjust direction in support of new and\/or changing requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

      Demonstrated experience with installation, configuration, data migration, upgrades, and administration in Oracle 11g, 12c, 18.3, and 19 c single instance.   <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      <\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience in Oracle RMAN, OEM, IMPDP, EXPDP and installing Oracle Grid infrastructure and Database Security Patch set Updates.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      <\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    • \n

      Demonstrated experience with MySQL.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      <\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    • \n

      Demonstrated experience designing and implementing security measures, access controls, role separation, audit, and logging in database solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      <\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience with RAC databases.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      <\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience with MAXIMO databases. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      <\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    • \n

      Demonstrated experience with standard data exchange formats including Extensible Markup Language (XML).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      <\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    • \n

      Familiarity with AWS RDS.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      <\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    • \n

      Familiarly with DevOps tools, e.g., Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, Puppet and SonarQube.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      <\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience in Linux system administration and scripting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      <\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience with database configuration via Maximo application.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      <\/p>\n <\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience in Cognos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
      <\/p>\n <\/li>\n

      Experience in Scrum \/ Agile Development process.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

      Experience with Tier 2\/3 level production database support. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n

        Minimum of 11 years related experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n
