The Role

As the Director of Growth Marketing & Demand Generation, you will serve as our globalcenter of excellence for marketing deployment, taking direct ownership of the full budget to orchestrate commercial performance. You will guide a hybrid team of deployment specialists and a global network of specialized contractors. Your day-to-day will involve translating high-level growth strategy into high-impact demand generation programs across North America. You will balance hands-on marketing operations with strategic ecosystem orchestrationleveraging cutting-edge AI tools (like Claude) to scale content, pioneering modern B2B attention channels (like TikTok and IG Reels), and co-marketing closely alongside elite partners like Salesforce, Adobe, OpenAI, and Databricks to drive a measurable pipeline.


Responsibilities

  • Strategy Execution:Translate overall company growth marketing strategies into actionable, integrated demand generation programs across digital, events, content, and partner channels.
  • Budget & Resource Management:Oversee and deploy the ~$1M marketing budget, managing full-time UK assets and global agency/creative contractors to maximize efficiency.
  • AI & Workflow Modernization:Embed advanced AI landscape tools and agentic capabilities into marketing workflows to accelerate high-volume content production and campaign delivery.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM):Build, launch, andoptimizehigh-targeted ABM initiatives tailored to priority enterprise accounts to maximize commercial pipeline.
  • Partner Co-Marketing:Drive scaled co-marketing relationships and channel visibility alongside key strategic partners (Salesforce, Adobe, OpenAI, Databricks).
  • Performance Tracking:Maintainrigorous real-time enablement and tracking of campaign metrics, focusing heavily on lead-to-cash conversion rates and marketing-sourced pipeline.


Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of B2B marketing leadership, demand generation, or marketing operations experience.
  • Industry Foundation:Prior experience working within a service-based business or a fast-paced marketing agency environment.
  • AI &MarTechLiteracy:Strong hands-onproficiencywith modern marketing technologies and a deep understanding of the AI tool landscape (specifically Claude or similar LLMs).
  • Channel Innovation:Comprehensive knowledge of emerging attention trends and experienceleveragingunconventional B2B channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, AI Search).
  • Partner Ecosystems:Proventrack recordof executing successful co-marketing strategies or working within major tech partner channels.
