Job Overview
Royal Restoration is a growing property damage restoration company specializing in emergency water mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke damage, contents services, and reconstruction.
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Estimator who can prepare accurate estimates for water mitigation, fire and smoke damage, contents, and reconstruction projects.
Xactimate and Claims Connect experience are required for this position.

This is a full-time, in-person position.
Responsibilities
  • Write water, fire, contents, and repair estimates using Xactimate
  • Manage assignments, revisions, and documentation in Claims Connect
  • Prepare preliminary estimates, final estimates, supplements, and change orders
  • Review photos, measurements, drying logs, scopes, and field documentation
  • Respond to adjuster and TPA revision requests
  • Work with project managers, coordinators, adjusters, and reviewers
  • Meet estimate deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Track pending estimates, approvals, revisions, and supplements
Required Qualifications
  • Restoration estimating experience
  • Strong Xactimate experience is required
  • Claims Connect experience is required
  • Ability to estimate water mitigation, fire, contents, and reconstruction projects
  • Knowledge of insurance restoration estimating
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines
Candidates without Xactimate and Claims Connect experience will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Contractor Connection, Alacrity, or Sedgwick
  • Experience with XactAnalysis, MICA, Matterport, DocuSketch, or Dash
  • Large-loss or commercial estimating experience
