Location: St. Louis - Missouri (Field Service)

The Role
As our client's team continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance for X-ray & Mammography systems across client sites. You will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and repairs, as well as performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment within your assigned region
Perform preventative maintenance and quality inspections
Maintain accurate documentation for internal records and client reporting
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues
Uphold company values and provide exceptional service
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a self-motivated problem solver with a strong technical background in medical imaging systems. The ideal candidate will have:
Two or more years of experience in repairing or installing medical imaging systems
