Our team values efficiency, clear communication, teamwork, and professional growth. We encourage innovation and actively support projects involving standardization, QA optimization, scripting, automation, and enhancement of clinical care.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • ABR certification and a Texas Medical Physics license are required. We will support candidates who need to go through the Texas Medical Board process.
  • Experience with Varian platforms (TrueBeam, Eclipse, ARIA) and advanced techniques such as SRS/SBRT are required.
  • Proficiency in routine clinical physics duties, independent problem-solving skills, commitment to teamwork and interdisciplinary patient care.
  • Candidates with at least 5 years of experience would be ideally suited.
  • HDR and LDR prostate experience is a bonus.

About Our Practice:
  • Over 450 dedicated team members, including approximately 35 physicians, 15 advanced practitioners, and a dynamic group of clinical and support staff.

Why Join CCBD?
  • A supportive, team-oriented culture with a focus on professional development.
  • Flexible scheduling: our physicists participate in a "9 days per pay period" schedule, allowing for every other Friday or Monday off.
  • State-of-the-art QA equipment, including iRT IQM, SRS MapCHECK, ArcCHECK, SNC 3D Tank, Winston-Lutz, and comprehensive electrometer and chamber setups.
  • Opportunities to contribute to innovative scripting and automation projects.
  • Competitive compensation package with comprehensive health, dental, vision insurance, profit-sharing opportunities, and 401k retirement plan.
