Job Summary:
The Wynn Rewards desk is responsible for the issuance of Wynn Rewards cards and the maintenance of the loyalty program. Wynn Rewards representatives are able to assist our guests who wish to redeem their player benefits for Wynn restaurant compensations.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for educating and enrolling new members to the Wynn Rewards program
  • Responsible for administering complimentary benefits and for providing five-star service to Wynn Las Vegas guests
  • Margining of assigned zones on the casino floor and the staff in that zone
  • May also be responsible of circulating the casino, enrolling new members into the program
  • Responsible for resolving guest issues and expediting service
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate distribution of promotional materials and awards (including but not limited to vouchers, certificates, FREECREDIT (free slot play), comps, promo chips, tickets etc.)
  • Additional responsibilities as management deems may be required based on business demands
  • Responsible for merging Wynn Rewards Accounts.
  • Responsible for maintaining data integrity in Patron and Opera Systems.
  • Responsible for updating player information in Patron and Opera systems.

Qualifications
  • At least a minimum of six (6) months past customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required
  • Must be self-motivated and possess leadership abilities
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
