Job Description

The Guest Service Representative is responsible for all duties surrounding the Front Desk
Checking in/out guests
Monitoring front desk phone center
Revising in-house reservations
Cashiering functions
Resolving guest issues within limits of authority
Coordinating guest wishes with concierge
Adhering to Wynn Standards/Core Vales and all policies and procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Two years of customer service experience
Minimum of one year front desk experience or equivalent position
