About the role
We are seeking a Sales Operations Intern - CRM & Sales Enablement to support our Sales Operations and Commercial Technology teams. This role provides hands-on experience working with CRM platforms (such as Dynamics 365), sales enablement tools, and data-driven sales processes that directly support frontline sales teams.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in how CRM systems, reporting, and process design enable sales effectiveness and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with maintaining data quality and accuracy in the CRM (accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities)

  • Support data audits, validation, and clean-up efforts aligned with CRM governance standards

  • Help test CRM enhancements, configurations, and new features prior to release

  • Support sales enablement initiatives by documenting CRM workflows, field usage guidelines, and best practices

  • Assist in building and maintaining sales and operational reports using Excel and/or Power BI

  • Analyze trends related to pipeline health, data completeness, and adoption of sales tools

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Commercial Operations teams on CRM-related initiatives

  • Support special projects tied to sales process improvements, enablement programs, and system optimization

Qualifications
Required:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications

  • Exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Familiarity with HTML (nice to have)

  • Familiarity with reporting or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

  • Interest in sales operations, business analytics, or commercial operations

  • Experience working with data sets, data quality, or process documentation

Education & Experience
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the following:
    • Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or Marketing (Sophomore or higher)
    • Computer Science
    • Or a related field
