A titre de stagiaire au sein de l'equipe juridique, la personne selectionnee assistera l'equipe dans diverses taches juridiques, administratives et de recherche.   • Creer et maintenir un fichier de synthese afin d'ameliorer la gestion de nos 192 contrats clients.

  • Fournir un soutien administratif a l'equipe juridique.

  • Participer a la gestion et a l'organisation des dossiers.

  • Effectuer des recherches sur differents sujets juridiques, contractuels et administratifs.

  • Assister a la redaction, a la revision et a la mise a jour de documents juridiques et administratifs.

  • Contribuer a l'amelioration des processus de gestion documentaire et contractuelle.

  • Soutenir l'equipe dans diverses taches connexes selon les besoins.

Qualifications recherchees
  • Etudiant(e) inscrit(e) dans un programme de droit, d'administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale.

  • Grand souci du detail et sens de l'organisation.

Position Summary

As a Legal Intern, the successful candidate will support the Legal team with a variety of legal, administrative, and research-related tasks. The individual will assist with document preparation, contract management, and day-to-day legal operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a summary file to improve the management of our 192 customer contracts.

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal team.

  • Assist with the organization and management of legal files and documentation.

  • Conduct research on a variety of legal, contractual, and administrative topics.

  • Assist with drafting, reviewing, and updating legal and administrative documents.

  • Contribute to improving document and contract management processes.

  • Support the team with various related duties as required.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Law, Business Administration, or related program.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
