Job description

Murphy USA is looking for the next NCC Intern who should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, Microsoft Office skills, strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, fast learner, and a team player. The NCC Agent Intern will assist Murphy USA sites that call the National Contact Center for support. Assistance can include any number of technical or mechanical issues that may arise.

NCC Agents take phone calls, many of which are legitimate emergencies, and either solve the problem themselves, assist the caller in solving the problem, or escalate the problem to an Assistant Manager or a vendor.As an intern at Murphy USA, you will gain a better understanding of the call center industry and will be exposed to various functional areas within our business.
