Role Description

Order Processing, Customer Service, Data Entry

Full time, 40 hours per week

In office, weekdays, Morganville, NJ

Competitive salary ($22 to $26 per hour based on experience), full benefits and 2 week PTO available.

We are searching for a customer service representative who is comfortable corresponding over the phone and email to process purchase orders and troubleshoot issues with previous orders. Candidates must be able to quickly learn complex ordering systems paying close attention to detail regarding item numbers with variations, shipping addresses, customer ID numbers and purchase order numbers. This position will have seasonal changes to product lines it will service including: custom printed flyers, portrait package envelopes, yearbooks and school forms such as tardy slips, bus passes, nurse visit reports, etc.


Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of processing orders for custom printed materials
  • Experience with print production is a plus
  • Strong Customer Service skills and client-management experience
  • Proficient in Data Entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Morganville, NJ
  • Experience working with school staff is preferred
