Technical Writer

Location: Atlanta, GA 30303 (Hybrid)

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications, IT, or network engineering environments with strong technical documentation responsibilities.

Demonstrated experience creating SOPs, IT policies, governance documentation, RFP documentation, and technical guidelines.

Proven ability to support or lead documentation efforts for system implementations, integrations, and cross-functional projects.

Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart.

Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall.

Excellent written, editing, and communication skills.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
