COMPENSATION: $140-190k base plus a bonus

A well-established, growing financial services company in New York City is looking to add a Writing Coach (Technical and Professional Writing) to their L&D team.
SUMMARY:
- Will work one-on-one with company employees at all levels to help them improve their technical, professional, and financial writing skills
- Work closely with various company teams to consult/advise on complex write-ups and proposals
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience as a writing coach and/or writing teacher preferably in corporate environments or at the graduate level
- Experience coaching/teaching others complex technical, professional, and financial writing
- Familiarity with AI writing tools is preferred
- Knowledge of writing center theory and practice and/or rhetoric and composition theory is preferred
- Bachelor's degree
