About the Role:
Feldman & Associates, Inc. is looking for a driven and talented Associate Attorney to join our legal team in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents
  • Manage and maintain a caseload from intake through resolution
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and negotiations
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy
  • Review and analyze contracts, evidence, and case-related documentation
  • Ensure compliance with court deadlines, filing requirements, and legal procedures
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing
  • 1–3 years of litigation or relevant legal experience preferred
  • Strong legal research skills with proficiency in Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
