Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
Coordinates the equipment repair process by writing and assigning repair work orders.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates and assigns repair work orders.
Assists drivers with equipment repair requests.
Keys invoice information and issues purchase orders within approved limits.
Audits work orders for completeness and accuracy.
Contact vendors to schedule warranty repairs and follows up on services provided.
Performs minor repairs on equipment as needed.
Ensures regular maintenance and cleanliness of premises.
Establishes and maintains positive working relationships to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Receives/carries out instructions.
Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times.
CERTIFICATES, LUCENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS
Valid driver's license, Class A CDL preferred
Forklift Certification
