The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical individual who can take initiative, multitask effectively, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. The Business Analyst will collaborate with clients, vendors, IT teams, leadership, and operations to ensure successful outcomes.


  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Create detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and outcomes to support project development and implementation.
  • Propose and implement solutions that align with business goals, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Generate reports to communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders and management.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for key systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and identify process improvements.
  • Partner with project managers and senior leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals.
  • Work with urgency and adaptability in a high-growth environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT; healthcare experience preferred.
