Job Description: 

The Business Development Manager creates business strategies to facilitate company growth by identifying and developing strategic relationships with partners and/or potential customers.  

Responsibilities 

Implements new Sales’ programs while supporting current programs. 

Collaborates with leadership to develop strategies and pricing schedules that align with assigned goals and achieve commercial and gross margin targets.  

Maintain regular communication with the Field Team to ensure customer expectations are exceeded, while providing feedback and suggestions to strengthen the market position of the company. 

Developing and presenting approaches that best position products, services or ideas to customers, vendors and business partners.  

Continuously maintaining the account sale’s call activity database. 

Essential Job Skills 

Microsoft Office.  

Capability to use basic business mathematics and analyze business reports. 

Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and strong organizational and prioritization skills.  

Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to respond to and interact with internal and external customers across all levels of the organization.  

Ability to analyze issues and think strategically, and effectively manage and facilitate change.  

Working knowledge of automotive systems and traditional automotive aftermarket, including Worldpac products and services. 

Ability to travel up to 30%.

Requirements 

4-6 years of automotive aftermarket related sales or sales management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  

Occasional travel required – approximately one week per quarter.  

Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.  

Able to effectively use Microsoft Office.  

Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. 

Eligible to work in the United States. 

Ideal Candidates 

Extremely organized and demonstrates the ability to prioritize effectively.  

Comfortable with all aspects of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).  

Able to create, compose and edit written materials.  

Capable of exercising independence and discretion.  

Associate’s degree is preferred.  

ASE certification preferred.  

Bilingual is a plus. 

Education 

Highschool diploma, or GED equivalent.  

Associates degree preferred.

Location Type: On-Site Pay Range: USD $69,000.00 - USD $86,200.00 /Yr.
