Clermont Northeastern Elementary School | 2026-2027 School Year

Our Vision: Ready for What's Next At Clermont Northeastern Schools, we are a connected community committed to ensuring every student is ready for what is nextacademically, socially, and personally. We prepare students through consistent expectations, meaningful learning experiences, and a culture of care, trust, and belonging.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist for our Elementary School. Your work is central to our mission: providing consistent and equitable learning experiences that bridge the gap between a student's current ability and the rigors of the Elementary school curriculum.

Strategic Priorities and Responsibilities

  • Academic Readiness: Design and deliver specialized instruction that aligns with grade level expectations while providing the specific resources and supports students need to reach their full potential.
  • Life and Career Prep: Focus on real world learning experiences that equip students with the skills needed for life, future careers, and civic engagement beyond Elementary school.
  • Culture of Care and Belonging: Foster a classroom environment where students feel known, supported, and safe to take risks. You will play a vital role in our district wide MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) to provide academic and social emotional care.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with families, general education teachers, and community partners. We believe in working together across roles to ensure every student has a clear pathway to success.

Core Values in Action

  • Trust: Act with honesty and transparency while taking shared responsibility for student growth.
  • Consistency: Apply expectations and procedures consistently to create a stable, predictable environment for learners.
  • Empathy: Treat students and colleagues with kindness and professionalism, especially during moments of challenge.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Candidates must possess all applicable Ohio Department of Education teaching credentials and licenses for Intervention Specialists.
  • Background Check: Successful completion of a BCI and FBI background check is required.
  • Commitment: A desire to uphold the CNE Strategic Plan and a long term commitment to the success of our "Rocket" community.
