About the Role:
Hims is looking for a bright, detail-oriented, and passionate Compounding Training Coordinator to join our Fulfillment Operations Team based in Gilbert, AZ. The Compounding Training Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the effective scheduling, coordination, and execution of training for all process paths in the Compounding Lab. This role supports the Learning Manager and collaborates closely with Operations, HR, Continuous Improvement, Safety, and Recruiting teams to maintain compliance and drive a strong learning culture.
Available Shifts:
  • Monday-Friday 5pm-1:30am

Facilitate training for new hires, cross-training, and ongoing development across assigned operational areas.
Conduct remediation and retraining sessions as needed to address performance gaps or compliance issues.
Develop and maintain the training schedule for new hires, cross-training, and annual training programs in coordination with site leadership.
Maintain accurate training records, track completion rates, and ensure documentation aligns with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and regulatory requirements.
Support audit readiness by maintaining up-to-date, accessible training records for regulatory and internal reviews.
Utilize LMS platforms to assign, track, and report on training completion and effectiveness.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Safety, and HR to identify skill gaps and ensure training programs meet business and compliance needs.
Audit tenured associates to ensure competencies are being met continuously.
Maintain floor presence to retain process knowledge, identify training gaps, and support operational teams.
Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
Create and update training materials ensuring content is current and compliant.
Maintain daily communication with Operations, HR, Recruiting, and other teams to stay aligned on training priorities.
Engage associates to build and maintain a strong safety culture.
Support operational workflows by contributing to path and process tasks when training responsibilities are fulfilled.
Ensure all training programs comply with USP, FDA, and state board of pharmacy requirements.
You Have
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Education, Business, or related field preferred.
Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required.
2+ years of experience in compounding operations within a 503a, 503b, or manufacturing environment.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Experience with LMS platforms for training administration, tracking, and reporting.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance, training documentation, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, records, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant digital tools.
Flexibility to work various schedules and shifts as needed for a 7-day operation.
Strong knowledge of USP <797>, <795>, and <800> standards and cGMP regulations as they relate to training and compliance.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
