JOB PURPOSE

World Challenge, Inc. is looking for someone genuinely compassionate and deeply committed to meaningful ministry work. As a Constituent Care Coordinator, youโ€™ll be on the front lines of constituent engagement, providing both practical assistance and spiritual care through donor support and prayer ministry.

The ideal candidate will serve as a key link between the ministry and its supporters, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and genuine compassion. In this role, the individual will support the Team Lead in maintaining effective communication systems and delivering a consistent, mission-aligned experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Constituent Communication & Support

  • Provide personalized and professional responses to inquiries across all communication channels.
  • Handle phone donations and assist donors with donation-related questions across various platforms.
  • Process updates to constituent records with close attention to detail and maintain thorough records of all interactions
  • Update tracking systems to reflect all constituent interactions.
  • Additional tasks as assigned

Donor Stewardship & Care

  • Complete accurate donor acknowledgment letters and tasks in a timely manner.
  • Assist with tracking acknowledgment tasks.
  • Help prepare and process communications for specific donor projects.
  • Respond to written and phone prayer requests with empathy, providing direct prayer in alignment with ministry values.
  • Be prepared to pray directly with constituents over the phone.

Qualifications
  • Spiritual Alignment: Full agreement with and commitment to the World Challenge, Inc. Statement of Faith.
  • Experience: High School diploma (or equivalent) with at least 5+ years of related experience.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, including excellent spelling and grammar.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Word, email, internet browsers, and constituent databases.
  • Soft Skills: High level of organization and the initiative to see projects through to completion.
