Role Summary
We are seeking a Payroll Project Manager to support a global HCM/payroll transformation program. This role manages day-to-day operations of the payroll workstream, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder coordination are effectively maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll workstream plans across requirements, design, and preparation for build.
- Track deliverables including RTM, Fit/Gap, process design, and configuration drafts.
- Maintain RAID logs, action logs, and design decisions.
- Coordinate across Payroll, ATLAS, Finance, and technical teams.
- Prepare executive-level updates and presentations for leadership.
- Support payroll leadership in execution and planning.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience.
- Experience in large transformation programs (ERP/HCM/Finance).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience in payroll or finance transformations.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or similar platforms.
- Experience preparing executive presentations.
Success Criteria
- Payroll workstream executes against plan.
- Clear visibility to leadership on status and risks.
- Strong coordination across dependencies.
