What you will do:

As our Associate Workstream Manager, Finance, you will be a key member of the Process Technology team, supporting Finance processes and SAP system functionality to ensure accurate financial transactions and reporting. You will assist in troubleshooting system issues, support process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance areas including Revenue/AR, Inventory, Service, and PSIM. You will work closely with stakeholders to support business initiatives and help ensure alignment of end-to-end processes within SAP. You will need strong analytical skills, foundational process knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

As a hybrid employee, you will be expected to attend meetings as needed and be within 60 miles of one of these locations: Kalamazoo/Portage, MI; Flower Mound, TX; Tempe, AZ, Denver; CO; or SanJose, CA.

  • Process & Systems Development | Develop understanding of Finance end-to-end processes and related SAP functionality. Support analysis of process and system issues, identifying root causes and recommending solutions. Assist in data analysis and reporting to support operational and financial accuracy.

  • Business Initiatives | Lead and mentor key finance business users. Support the resolution of complex technical and business process problems, based on past experience and application of problem-solving methodologies. Anticipate challenges and proactively guide team to develop solutions. Independent decision making for process areas, and enterprise- wide level issues.

  • Stakeholder Management| Build and sustain strong relationships across sites. Present to stakeholders and influences decision-making. Create and influence best practices for Finance workstream communications managementfor Endo. Responsible for effective meeting management and group facilitation activities for programs/projects in scope

  • Workstream Leadership| Work with the division finance team and cross-functional teams to Influence decisions and drive change within the division supporting multiple process areas. Represent Finance in cross-departmental initiatives to ensure proposed SAP solutions meet Finance needs, including reporting and SOX/Financial Compliance standards

  • Strategic Planning| Develop and align tactical plans with strategic goals. Ensures business alignment with site initiatives.

What you need:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree is needed for this position.

  • 6+ years of accounting and/or finance experience is required for this position

  • 1+ years of Stakeholder management experience, including experience leading workshops with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements

  • 1+ years of SAP experience is needed for this position.

Preferred:

  • Advanced SAP knowledge (t-codes, data tables)

  • Experience in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Controlling) preferred

  • Strong understanding of core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cost/Profit Center Accounting, FP&A

  • Ability to translate business finance needs into system requirements

  • Background in financial compliance and SOX controls preferred

  • Familiarity with Stryker global applications (GIM, Hyperion, Model N, etc) preferred

  • Experience collaborating with ERP technical teams

  • Experience facilitating and executing UAT cycles

  • Experience supporting business readiness and change management strategies

  • Proven ability to lead business strategies and implement complex processes and systems.

  • Proficient in spreadsheets, database, MS Office and financial-related applications and can educate others accordingly.
