Role Overview:
Could you be our next National Worksite Sales Executive? Globe Life is looking for a National Worksite Sales Executive to join the team!
This role is responsible for leading and executing comprehensive national worksite sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and developing high-performing sales teams nationwide.
This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, TX. (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).
What You Will Do:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive national worksite sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Agency Owners, Sales Managers and field sales personnel to achieve performance excellence.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability by meeting or exceeding regional sales targets, enrollment goals, and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and worksite industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics, sales forecasts, enrollment ratios, and operational dashboards to ensure accountability.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top worksite sales talent while creating a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Implement sales training programs, enrollment best practices, and professional development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, ERISA guidelines, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Manage budget, resource allocation, and expense controls to optimize operational efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Underwriting and Operations to enhance employer and employee experience.
  • Lead change management initiatives and drive adoption of new products, enrollment technologies, and digital solutions.
  • Conduct regular field visits, enrollment observations, and performance reviews to provide coaching and support.
  • Develop succession plans and talent pipelines to ensure organizational continuity and growth.
  • Monitor persistency rates, retention metrics, and customer satisfaction to ensure long-term account success.

What You Can Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in worksite marketing, voluntary benefits, or group insurance sales preferably in a captive agent environment.
  • At least 5-7 years in senior management or executive leadership roles with regional or national responsibility.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and achieving worksite sales objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in building, leading, and developing high-performing worksite sales organizations.
  • Experience with large case sales, multi-location employers, and strategic account management preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of worksite marketing, voluntary benefits, employer-sponsored programs, and group enrollment strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, enrollment platforms, benefits administration systems, sales analytics tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Understanding of ERISA regulations, Section 125 plans, and worksite compliance requirements.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Executive presence and ability to represent the organization professionally.
