What you will accomplish with us
As an Optimization and Efficiency Advisor, you will be at the core of our mission.Yourmainresponsibilitieswillinclude:

  • Conducting diagnostic assessments of processes to identify areas for improvement and developing action plans based on findings
  • Designing, preparing, and facilitating optimization workshops (Kaizen, problem-solving) with iA Group organizational units
  • Supporting managers and their teams in deploying continuous improvement activities until benefits are realized
  • Contributing to process mapping according to best practices and Lean principles
  • Determining financial and non-financial gains from optimization activities and ensuring proper follow-up

What will accelerate your success in this role
We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 3 to 7 years of experience in process optimization within a complex environment and holds a Green Belt certification
  • Is recognized for in-depth knowledge of Lean principles and tools
  • Stands out for strong analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems, and results-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and a collaborative spirit
  • Is known for the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various stakeholders
  • Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves weekly email and videoconference exchanges with teams across Canada, including both French-speaking and English-only business lines
