About the Role:
Artec Custom Wood LLC is looking for a motivated and hands-on Workshop Assistant to join our team in Hialeah, FL! This is a great opportunity to work alongside skilled craftsmen in a dynamic woodworking environment where creativity and precision come to life every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist skilled woodworkers and craftsmen with daily workshop operations and production tasks
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain raw materials, lumber, and woodworking supplies
  • Operate and maintain basic woodworking tools and machinery under supervision
  • Support cutting, sanding, finishing, and assembly of custom wood products
  • Keep the workshop clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Load, unload, and move materials and finished products as needed
  • Follow instructions from lead craftsmen and supervisors to meet production deadlines
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and workshop safety practices
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials (50+ lbs)
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
