Job description

Dmitriy & Co is a renowned couture upholstery house within RH, known for immaculate tailoring, exceptional craftsmanship, and uncompromising quality. With roots spanning three generations on Manhattan's Lower East Side, each piece reflects a legacy of precision, refinement, and quiet luxury.

We're seeking a Project Leader to join our LA-based, Downey workroom-leading every piece from concept through completion, in close collaboration with RH Designers, our sales teams, and master artisans to ensure the highest level of execution at every stage.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead each project from inception through completion, ensuring accuracy, timeline adherence, and continuity across all phases
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams, aligning production, design, scheduling, and client expectations
  • Champion a best-in-class client experience by providing clear communication, proactive updates, and thoughtful problem-solving throughout the lifecycle
  • Manage and evolve project tracking systems, ensuring visibility, consistency, and accountability across all active workstreams
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and support scalable growth
  • Partner closely with artisans and internal stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship
OUR REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of project management or operations experience in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly
  • Clear and confident communicator, capable of collaborating effectively across teams and with clients
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Experience in the luxury furniture or design industry preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Frequently move throughout a production workroom environment, including standing and walking for extended periods
  • Frequently lifting, carrying, and/or moving materials or product samples up to 25 pounds, with or without assistance
  • Comfortable working around furniture, tools, and production equipment in an active workspace
  • Bend, reach, and navigate tight or dynamic spaces as needed to support project coordination
  • Visual acuity to review product details, specifications, and craftsmanship with a high level of accuracyย
