Poker Room Manager

Club 52 is a premier gaming destination committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, top-tier service, and a dynamic gaming environment. We are seeking an experienced and driven Poker Room Manager to lead our poker operations and ensure a high-quality, fair, and engaging atmosphere for all players and staff.

The Poker Room Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the poker room, managing staff, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, and optimizing revenue while maintaining an outstanding guest experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all poker room operations, including cash games, tournaments, and promotions
  • Assisting in interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising dealers and supervisors.
  • Ensuring compliance with all gaming laws, regulations, and internal policies
  • Monitoring game integrity and resolving disputes in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and player satisfaction
  • Collaborating with marketing and management teams on strategic initiatives
