Job Description Summary:

This role serves as a visible, mobile presence within the office environment, enhancing the workplace experience through hospitality, colleague support, space readiness, and operational coordination. Ensures shared spaces are welcoming, functional, and engaging while providing day-to-day support for colleagues, visitors, and workplace events.

Depth & Scope:

  • Maintains cafes, coffee stations, inclusive spaces, and meeting rooms to ensure they are organized, operational, and guest-ready
  • Manages inventory and replenishment of workplace supplies and amenities
  • Conducts regular workplace walkthroughs, identifies issues, and coordinates cleaning, maintenance, and repair activities
  • Provides real-time workplace assistance, guidance, and problem resolution for colleagues and visitors
  • Supports workplace programming, enterprise events, and colleague engagement activities, including room setup, catering coordination, and event execution
  • Performs furniture movement and room reconfigurations to support business and event requirements
  • Submits, tracks, and coordinates facilities and technology service requests
  • May support additional workplace safety responsibilities such as Fire Warden or First Aid Representative

Education & Experience:

  • Associate's degree and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Experience in office administration, hospitality, workplace services, facilities support, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service and hospitality-oriented mindset with demonstrated adaptability and initiative
