Rockstar is on the lookout for a talented and passionate Senior Workplace Manager. The ideal candidate will provide key management of the studio's day-to-day operation and facilities services.

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar's development studio in Andover, MA. 

WHAT WE DO
  • The Rockstar Workplace Services Teamis responsible forensuring the workplace, building, facilities, and services work harmoniously together to support the core business. 
  • Wefostera creative, supportive, and safe working environment for the staff at Rockstar. 
  • We manage and developa variety of programsand services, includingspace management,building maintenance, security,cleaning,andproject management. 
  • We ensure the sitecomplies withall relevantregulationsand legislation. 
  • We partner with senior leadership to driveefficientpractices, sound operational plans, andto standardize the development of programs and services across global regions. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the day-to-day office operations including coordinating repairs and maintenance, food/beverage program, janitorial services, physical security, and space management.  
  • Oversee vendor relationships and procurement, including sourcing, contracts, RFPs, purchase orders, invoicing, and service performance. 
  • Ensure lease obligations are met and building-related issues are addressed effectively.
  • Oversee workplace budgets, ensuring management of operational and capital expenditures. 
  • Utilize the internal ticketing system to prioritize requests, coordinate services, and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Mentor and develop Workplace team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, fire, sustainability, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead workplace projects and regional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with global standards, on-time delivery, and effective stakeholder communication. 
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate, workplace services, and/or facility management within a corporate office setting. 
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams through coaching, communication, performance management, and conflict resolution. 
  • An understanding of facility systems (HVAC,lighting, electrical, plumbing) and ability to communicate with trades to assess needs and troubleshoot issues. 
  • Experience using work order ticketing systems, project management tools,financialand space management software (such as BMS, Lenel, ServiceNow, Monday.com, OfficeSpace, and Microsoft 365). 
  • Familiarity witharchitecturaldrawingsand construction documentation. 
  • Experience managing budgets and financial planning for operational expenses.  
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop long-term operational strategies, manage competing priorities, and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and share best practices.  
  • Ability tolift up to 40 pounds and flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.

  • IFMA qualification. 
  • OSHA Safety training or equivalent.
