Job description

Paramedic / Occupational Health Technician (Full-Time)
Location: Sparks, NV
Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM
Work Environment: On-site construction project
About the Role
Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) is seeking an experienced Paramedic to serve as an Occupational Health Technician on an active construction site. This role focuses on injury triage, first aid, workplace wellness, safety support, and occupational health services in a proactive, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses
  • Provide follow-up care and maintain accurate EMR documentation
  • Conduct drug screens, new hire testing, and health assessments
  • Support workplace safety initiatives, site walks, and stretch-and-flex programs
  • Collaborate with site safety teams and project leadership
  • Maintain clinic supplies and equipment
  • Deliver exceptional service to employees and clients

Qualifications
  • Current Paramedic license (or ability to obtain state licensure)
  • Current ACLS certification
  • OSHA-30 (company provided within 90 days)
  • Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience
  • Occupational health, emergency medicine, or industrial experience preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license
