People & Workplace Coordinator

Peak Trust Company is seeking a People & Workplace Coordinator to help create a positive, organized, and professional workplace experience for our Las Vegas team. This role serves as a key resource for workplace operations, onboarding coordination, employee support, facilities management, and front desk oversight. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, creating organization, and helping people succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and workspace readiness for new hires
  • Serve as a workplace resource for team members and office-related needs
  • Support employee experience, workplace communication, and office culture initiatives
  • Coordinate office operations, supplies, vendors, maintenance requests, and facility-related needs
  • Provide oversight and support for front desk operations and visitor experience
  • Partner with the Head of Human Resources to support workplace initiatives and organizational projects
  • Communicate and escalate workplace concerns, operational issues, and support needs appropriately

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, HR support, employee experience, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Professional judgment and ability to handle confidential information
  • Experience coordinating vendors, facilities, or office operations preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
