Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid โ€“ standard hybrid schedule)

Duration: Contract โ€“ 6+ months with possible extension

Pay Rate Range:ย $55 - $63 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support technology implementation projects across procurement initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, timelines, deliverables, and project communications.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, project updates, and reporting materials.
  • Manage project tracking, documentation, and workflows using Smartsheet and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Navigate ambiguity while ensuring projects remain on track and aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
  • 8โ€“10 years of project management experience, preferably supporting technology implementations.
  • Strong experience managing complex initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
