Workplace Operations Analyst
Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota
Duration: 2 year contract
Role Overview
As a Workplace Operations Analyst, you will be part of an innovative team responsible for supporting our client's email, productivity, and collaboration platforms. This role involves maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting infrastructure technologies across on-premises, SaaS, and cloud-based environments. This is for local candidates who can adhere to a hybrid policy of 3 days on-site per week.
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve escalated incidents and problems related to email, productivity, collaboration solutions, and supporting technologies.
  • Identify, recommend, develop, and implement automation and process improvements that strengthen the delivery and support of workplace solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Knowledge of current and emerging workplace, collaboration, and infrastructure technologies.
  • Technical experience supporting Microsoft 365 email, productivity, and collaboration solutions.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to shifting priorities, manage multiple issues at once, and remain effective in stressful situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT leadership, technical teams, business partners, and external vendors.
