Midland Mortgage Training, a division of MidFirst Bank, designs, develops, and delivers learning experiences that enable employee growth, strengthen professional capability, and support business performance. Our team partners closely with the business to create meaningful, learner-centric solutions that make a real difference, beginning on the employees' first day.
Facilitation and Learner Experience
The Workplace Facilitator (Trainer) plays a critical role in shaping the employee learning experience by delivering engaging instructor-led training and contributing to the development and deployment of impactful curriculum. This role serves as a visible ambassador of MidFirst Core Values and helps ensure learning solutions are consistent, relevant, and effective across onboarding, professional skills, and manager-level development.
Curriculum Development & Projects
Contributes to the design, development, and continuous enhancements of instructor-led training curriculum, including facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids. Partners with Midland Training team members and key stakeholders to align content with business priorities, learning objectives, and MidFirst standards. Supports successful deployment by ensuring materials are accurate, current, and ready for effective delivery, and provides feedback from facilitation experience to continuously improve course and learner impact.

Position Requirements
  • 3 years' experience training others in a corporate environment required. Qualifying experience may include:
    • Facilitating instructor-led training
    • Leading onboarding or new hire training
    • Providing on-the-job training or coaching to employees or peers
    • Delivering professional skills, business processes, systems, or role-based training to employees or peers
  • Ability to demonstrate strong presentation and facilitation skills, including leading engaging, professional classroom or instructor-led training
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within the organization
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Education or related field is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems is preferred
  • Experience in financial services preferred
