POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a dedicated and driven Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee daily warehouse operations while fostering a safe, efficient, and high-performing work environment. This role is responsible for prioritizing and coordinating warehouse activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and effectively managing resources to meet operational goals. The ideal candidate will promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork, while building strong employee relationships and consistently delivering on quality and performance standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Lead and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring daily activities are completed accurately, safely, and on time

Oversee receiving and kitting functions - timely booking of received goods and picking + issuing of kits for production

Manage goods in dwell time, query and ensure allocations are managed

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and optimize workflows using LEAN principles

Ensure timely and accurate communication between the warehouse team and other departments

Develop, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance

Monitor and coordinate maintenance schedules for warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness

Create and manage the warehouse operating budget, ensuring alignment with financial targets

Oversee inventory control processes to maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity

Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and promote a strong workplace culture

Partner with cross-functional teams on problem solving, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Promote and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies

Perform additional duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

High School Diploma or equivalent

5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Syspro experience preferred

Strong knowledge of warehouse equipment and operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach

Proven leadership abilities with strong interpersonal and team-building skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset

Ability to work collaboratively across departments

Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed

Physical & Workplace Requirements:

Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds

Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and other machinery

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods

Ability to safely use measuring, testing, and quality control equipment

Must be able to adhere to all safety requirements and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as needed to Canada and UK.

Onsite work required, 40 hours/week, 10-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with potential for overtime on Friday and Saturday.
