Job Description
Responsibilities
→ Manage the front desk and welcoming guests
→ Receive and route incoming calls
→ Receive and distribute mail
→ Assist with a variety of company projects
→ Office supply / kitchen inventory tracking and replenishment
→ Assist our community of entrepreneurs with a variety of office related tasks
→ Meeting coordination
→ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
→ You currently reside in Boston
→ Your schedule must be very flexible
→ Have the ability to work early mornings (8-12pm) or late night events (5-9pm)
→ You're upbeat & resourceful; solving problems before they arise
→ Highly proficient in Google Apps & Microsoft Office Suite
→ Previous experience managing projects a plus
→ Previous office work or customer service experience preferred
→ BA/BS or equivalent experience
→ Must be authorized to work in the United States
