Roustabout - Earn up to $1,098 plus OT weekly
Savard Personnel Group is currently seeking dependable Land Roustabouts to support oilfield operations throughout South Louisiana. This position is ideal for hardworking individuals with previous oilfield experience who enjoy working outdoors in a physically demanding environment.Pay

Responsibilities
  • Perform general roustabout and oilfield labor duties.
  • Assist crews with daily oilfield operations.
  • Load, unload, move, lift, carry, and stack equipment and materials.
  • Maintain clean and organized work sites.
  • Clean and maintain company vehicles and equipment as needed.
  • Assist with rig-up and rig-down activities.
  • Operate a skid steer and forklift when required.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
  • Previous roustabout or oilfield experience preferred.
  • Experience working around wireline, slickline, swabbing, or workover rigs preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use hand and power tools.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Perform physically demanding labor throughout the workday.
  • Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on uneven terrain.
  • Work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed.
