We are seeking a passionate, driven, and Experienced Marketing Representative!
Sequel Youth and Family Services, a multi-location organization, is seeking a customer focused Marketing Representative that thrives in a fast pace medical environment. This position will cover all Alabama locations.
Your Role:
The Marketing Representative will provide support to the staff and students of Sequel TSI programs as well as Sequel's customers.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Assist Sequel in maintaining maximum population levels.
โ€ข Develop new marketing strategies.
โ€ข Represent at state and local conferences.
โ€ข Develop new referral sources.
โ€ข Provide assistance to other departments regarding outside systems.
โ€ข Provide presentations to current and potential new markets regarding Sequel.
โ€ข Serve as information resource and liaison with court and referral personnel.
โ€ข Work directly with facility Admissions personnel, Program Directors and Executive Directors in coordinating marketing and customer development efforts.
โ€ข Responsible for contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
โ€ข All other duties as assigned.
You Must Have:
  • Valid AL Drivers' License
  • Bachelors' Degree
  • Experience working with at risk youth preferred
  • Must be able to travel statewide for marketing and customer relations
  • Ability to obtain a Fingerprint clearance card (or in current possession).
  • Individual judgment, discretion, and decision-making skills.
  • Emotionally and physically able to assist in physical escort and/or restraint.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism are essential.
