They may be brought in to cover for absent staff, handle seasonal workloads, or assist with special projects. Temp workers are often employed through staffing agencies and may work in various industries such as administration, manufacturing, or customer service. While they typically do not receive the same benefits as permanent employees, temp positions can sometimes lead to full-time jobs.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a working temp, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Working Temp, you need adaptability, reliability, and a general proficiency in common workplace tasks, often supported by a high school diploma or equivalent.
