Your Impact
As our Finance Transformation AI Lead you will design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making, and scalability across Finance.
Working from prioritized business opportunities identified by Finance Transformation leadership, you will partner directly with Finance stakeholders to understand business requirements, rapidly prototype solutions, and deliver production-ready AI, analytics, and automation capabilities.
This is a highly hands-on role focused on solution development. Success in this role requires the ability to quickly learn business processes, translate business needs into technical solutions, and leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development and delivery.
What You'll Do
Solution Design & Development
  • Partner directly with Finance stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, requirements, and desired outcomes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.
  • Build AI-enabled solutions using a combination of AI-assisted development tools, automation platforms, analytics technologies, and custom development.
  • Develop prototypes rapidly, gather feedback, and iterate toward production-ready solutions.
  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows, assistants, automations, and decision-support tools that improve Finance operations.

AI & Automation Development
  • Leverage AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and similar technologies to accelerate solution delivery.
  • Build and configure AI-powered workflows including document processing, intelligent routing, summarization, analysis, content generation, reconciliation support, and process automation.
  • Develop integrations between business systems, data platforms, and AI services using APIs and automation tools.
  • Create reusable components, templates, and frameworks that accelerate future solution development.

Analytics & Data Solutions
  • Build SQL queries, data transformations, dashboards, validation checks, and reconciliation logic to support business processes and solution accuracy.
  • Ensure solutions are reliable, measurable, and aligned with business requirements.

Delivery & Adoption
  • Lead solution delivery from requirements gathering through deployment and stabilization.
  • Coordinate testing, user feedback, and rollout activities.
  • Create lightweight documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Monitor solution performance and continuously improve deployed capabilities.

What Success Looks Like
  • Deliver multiple production-ready AI, automation, and analytics solutions.
  • Reduce manual effort across Finance processes through practical application of AI and automation.
  • Build solutions that are actively adopted and provide measurable business value.
  • Become a trusted technical partner to Finance stakeholders.
  • Accelerate delivery timelines by effectively leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
  • Create reusable solution patterns that increase team productivity and scalability.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience building business applications, automation solutions, analytics products, or technical process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into working solutions.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-enabled workflows, automations, analytics solutions, or business applications.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with business data.
  • Experience with at least one scripting or development language such as Python.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation platforms.
  • Ability to quickly learn business processes and work directly with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and a bias toward execution and delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows.
  • Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval-based solutions, and AI evaluation techniques.
