Mind & Soul Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time, remote position. This role is integral to the delivery of social work services in a school setting, where you will support students, families, and the community by addressing a variety of social challenges. As an LCSW, you will leverage your expertise to empower individuals and families through counseling, advocacy, and resource navigation.

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to understand the social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by clients in the school setting.
• Design and implement personalized service plans that include specific goals, therapeutic interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Provide high-quality counseling and support to individuals and families dealing with behavioral, academic, and emotional challenges.
• Engage clients in the development of actionable plans and facilitate connections to vital community resources, ensuring holistic support.
• Offer crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and create safety plans in high-stress situations.
• Collaborate with local agencies and organizations to coordinate comprehensive services, advocating for client needs and ensuring resource accessibility.
• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness and promoting the services provided by Mind & Soul Therapy.
• Engage in regular case conferences, team meetings, and professional development training to continually refine your expertise and contribute to team success.

In this role, you will primarily serve students from diverse backgrounds, along with their families, encountering various life challenges, including but not limited to academic pressures, mental health issues, and socio-economic hardships. This position requires a keen understanding of trauma-informed care and the ability to address the unique needs of each individual. Your work will directly contribute to improved student well-being and academic success.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possess an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding of relevant social and economic justice issues, as well as community resources.
• Excellent communication, cultural competence, and problem-solving skills are essential for effective collaboration and client engagement.

• Previous experience working in a social service agency or educational setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and techniques is preferred.
• Experience with crisis management and intervention strategies will be beneficial.

Mind & Soul Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
