Job description

Looking for someone to join our team long term who is willing to work up to being in the position of working foreman. This position works Monday-Friday (occasionally weekends but this is optional when offered). Experience in construction/painting is preferred. Some experience managing small crews is required. Our new team member will work on 3-8 man crews performing tasks such as painting using a 2 part urethane paint, and installing various components related to gas station re-imaging (bolt trash cans down, assemble pump toppers, install flags/lane IDs, screw up angle, metal fascia panels, and signage to gas canopies, install gas pump decals, etc.). Once all parts of the job are learned, the goal is for this new employee to be promoted to working foreman. We utilize scissor lifts that go 20' in the air (safety harnesses are provided and must be worn at all times) and ladders (6-12’ typically and occasionally extension ladders). Our trucks leave to the job site between 7:30-7:45am and return to the office at the end of the work day. Job sites are located anywhere from 15min-6hrs away, so return time to the office varies. Working Foreman are required to have a drivers license as part of the position is driving a company vehicle to the job site with materials and other crew members. We routinely spend nights out of town Mon-Fri (if the job site is over roughly 2hrs away). We pay for the hotel (2 to a room, we don’t cram 8 people in a room) and per diem. Pay is weekly (every Thursday). Must be legal to work in the US. We provide paid holidays, and offer voluntary benefits to include vision and dental coverage, life insurance, health insurance, etc.
