Location: Logansport State Hospital 1090 S. State Rd. 25 Logansport, IN 46947
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days/ Nights
Position Overview

The State of Indiana is seeking a reliable and organized Medical/Behavioral Health Support professional to provide clerical and administrative support in a healthcare or behavioral health environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with basic office duties, scheduling, documentation, supply management, and telephone coverage.

Experience working in behavioral health, residential treatment, corrections, or similar healthcare settings is highly preferred.


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience performing basic clerical duties, including:
    • Scheduling
    • Filing progress notes
    • Supply ordering
    • Telephone coverage
  • Knowledge of and ability to comply with HIPAA and patient/client confidentiality requirements.
