In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to gather patient history and identify psychological needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for client expression, and evaluating progress regularly.
• Tracking clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain the highest standards of patient confidentiality.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide cohesive client care.

As part of our detox center team, you will work closely with individuals grappling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly focused on providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficient knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy techniques.
