Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a part-time Independent Living Skills Worker (IHSW) for our Westbrook Apartments program in Brookston, MN. As an IHSW, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most independent lives.

The Westbrook program is located in Brookston, MN about 30 miles outside of Duluth. Westbrook provides supported living settings and an apartment on a beautiful, wooded 160-acre working farm with cows, horses, a donkey, and vegetable gardens.

Westbrook's unique setting and structured environment provides a diverse outdoor recreation program of hiking, biking, fishing, carpentry and crafts, agate hunting, animal tracking, and other outdoor activities. Shifts: Wednesday: 7:30 am to 11:00 am, Thursday: 11:00 am-7:00 pm, Friday: 11:00 am-7:00 pm. 18-24 hours a week.
