• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources, leading to more personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy, facilitating improvement in clients' mental health outcomes.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clearly defined goals, incorporating feedback from clients and their support networks.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, addressing both psychological and social factors.
• Deliver crisis intervention services, including risk assessment and safety planning, ensuring clients are confronted with challenges and have necessary support.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with best practices in documentation.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, helping clients build community and share experiences.

You will work with a diverse clientele representing various ages, backgrounds, and mental health concerns, providing therapeutic support that empowers individuals to navigate their unique challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage clients effectively and sensitively.

• Experience working with school-aged children and adolescents is a plus, as this role will engage with clients from various educational backgrounds.
• Prior experience providing teletherapy or working in a remote role is beneficial.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
